GREAT NEWS TO SHARE!

Hello everyone, I hope you all are feeling well and are Healthy! I would like to share with all of you That I went to My (Handsome) doctor today and I have lost 20 pounds since my last visit! I am ssssoooooooooooo Happy!!! I was feeling a lil blue a couple of days ago , but I have a great BIG Cheese Smile on now!!! This means I have lost 77 pounds in 3 months! I have never lost 77 pounds ever!!!! I hope everyone else is doing as well and If you get to feeling a lil blue , talk to a friend it helps (LUv ya Martha), also, Thanks for the clothes, I will pass them along when I am done. I also got to see a few friends today Martha a.k.a. Sugarplum looks fantastic, and Joanne B. is just melting away,You Go girl!!! Keep up the great work Ladies, when we return in 3 months we wont even realize were sitting next to eachother..:-0 hahahahaha God Bless everyone of you and keep you all safe and Healthy!!

I took pics of me, Joann and Mary today. I have my pic on my yahoo profile of catladycherish@yahoo. Sent copies to both of them. I hope they will share. I have lost 65 lbs since surgery. We are all doing great and will see Dr Thorburn in September. Mary and I got appointments on the same day. All 3 of us can now eat salads, fruits and veggies. We will now get B-12 shots each month. Mary, I hope all the clothes fit. I am looking forward to giving you the next size down. I was told I cannot wear the outfit I wore today unless it is altered.
