Rob Update

Kat, I'm thrilled that Rob continues to improve. You mention the pressure sore, I just wanted to make sure they have him on a air bed, these are beds that continually have air flowing to relieve pressure. They make a huge difference in the healing process. If they have him on one, great, if they don't I'd request one and make a stin****il they place him on one! Also, are they turning him at least every 2 hrs? If your family isn't seeing this, it's time to speak to the floor nursing supervisor. Good nursing care goes a long way in improving the outcome of decubs. Rachel -85
