weight lose count

OK well I am realizing just how sssssssssllllllloooooooowwwwwwwwwww I am losing after seeing all your great successes. I am 5'6" and started at 275# as of last week at my weigh in I had lost exactly 50#. I don't understand why I am going so slow. My surgery was 3-18. I exercise most every day and am eating not much but well and getting in plenty of fluids?!?!? Oh well 50 is better than gaining 10. beautyhealthandyou.myarbonne.com losing hair? March 11th down about 53 lbs......Started at 218 currently at 165!

Guess I'm SUPER SLOW.. 3/11.. I'm down 47.5 (251/203.5).

It's going well for me after a rough start (two weeks in the hospital). I had surgery on March 22. As of last week, I was down to 372. The good news is I started at 478. So the total last week was 106 pounds. I'm seeing my surgeon today for my 3 months (almost) checkup. We'll see how the loss is going then. Take care, Eric C.
