Pain! Right side pain anyone had this?

I have a bad pain on the lower right side in my stomache. I also have bright red rectul bleeding and had a blood clot about an inch in size during a bowl movement. Have any of you had this? I will be calling the Dr. today. If any of you have had this please let me know. Thank you all. Sarah T

Sarah, do not delay, call your doctor or go to the ER. Don't take any chances with this. In all liklihood it's nothing serious, but it could be and you need to get this problem assessed right away. I will be worried until we hear back from you. Maureen
