Average loss per month?
In another post I read that average weight loss is around 20 lbs a month for the first two months then 15 lbs a month.
Q1. Does this sound right?
Q2. How much does the loss go down after the 6 month honey moon?
If the average above is correct I'm behind.
My loss
Month 1 - 25
Month 2 - 13
Month 3 - 15
First week of month 4 - 3
Thanks,

My doctor told me that 15 pounds a month was about average. Average is exactly that .. AVERAGE .. some will lose more . some will lose less. I am into my 3rd month and have lost about 40 pounds total since surgery 3/22.
If I get wound up obsessing about if I am losing fast enough or like other people, I will defeat myself here. I am eating what I can eat, getting my water and protein in and following my doctor's instructions.

you put in your info then 100% (perfect world), then click calculate and it will give you a chart of averages for a year.
I printed off mine just to keep me grounded.
Hope this helps!

Yeah thats about right. But everyone is different I think the average is more like 13 pounds a month just based on the many profiles Ive read. Some loose quicker some loose slower I think it just varies month to month anyway based on stress or water retention I dont think there is no "set in stone" amount per month. You are doing great!
