Isn't it wonderful to finally feel like we are suceeding and beating this weight battle! I was walking back to my desk today and remembered walking only 3 months ago just literally HURT. I was just quickening my pace and thinking of how wonderful that was. And yesterday I went with my 5 year old son to pick up baseball tickets and I parked in the wrong spot and had to walk all the way around the stadium and I did it with no pain at all and it was just wonderful!
