Good morning fellow Marchers! The board has been a little slow so I'm presuming that everyone is busy with their slimmer, more active lives.
I've actually gained 4 pounds this week. It's not that time of the month since I haven't had one of those since 1993. I attribute it to very strenuous aerobic classes and strength training. Increased muscle mass means more water retention. Muscle burns calories, fat does not. So given these facts, I'm choosing to look at this as a good thing. For this week, anyway. Next week I may be back here whining about it.
Just a few more days to submit suggestions for the Marchers gathering in March. I'm still betting on Vegas, baby!
Well, off to the gym to see if I can add some more muscle weight.
