49 is so bad
Dont keep looking at your scale!! That will stress you out.. when you are stressed it makes you hold weight! Wait till after the weekend and try again. If it doesnt happen by then remember.... drink more water,, the more you pee the more you loose. My mom and grandma have had the surgery along with me and we all hit a plataue. Also take your measurements,, you may not lose pounds but might lose some inches.. that is always a great feeling.
One more thing.... 49LBS DOWN is better than 49LBS still there or 49LBS more on!!!
