Wrinkles??
Marla,
I am neurotic about wrinkles. My philosphy used to be "Got a wrinkle? Eat a peanut butter cup." Can't do that anymore.
My esthetician and dietician gave me a few suggestions and so far so good. My throat seems a little crepe papery, but everything else seems to be holding up OK for an old broad.
Everyday eat at least one source of good fat. Guacamole, almonds, salmon for the Omega 3... these all help nourish the skin, hair and nails.
Use a night cream on your face during the day as well as at night. Right now I'm just using good old Ponds overnight cream because I ran out of what I normally use and grabbed it off the shelf at Target. It seems to be doing fine.
Exfoliate your skin once a week.
Slather up your hands and feet (maybe even the whole body) after a shower and before you go to bed with shea butter or an almond cream.
Don't use lotions. Use creams instead. Lotions contain alcohol that dry out the skin.
Water, water, water.
Now having said all tha****ch me wake up tomorrow morning looking like a sharpei.

There are great products out there that can help you get rid of those wrinkles!!! You honestly DON'T need a facelift. I have witnessed a lady -50 + years old that used these produts look many years younger. They are called RE 9 and are by Arbonne a Swiss cosmetic company, better than any brand at Neiman Marcus...check them out and TRY them, esp the eye cream and the facial serum, and day cream..I use them and all the wrinkles I had are GONE. Here is the sight below:
