Two Month Anniversary and Watermellon

I had my two month anniversary on the 31st and as of this morning I was down 52 1/2 pounds. Last week my wife bought a watemelon and eating it I think helped break a plateau I had been on for over a week. I treat it like water you chew and I can tell you it will hydrate you and give you that crystal clear result the doctors say we need to achieve in the bathroom. This is the first time I have achieved crystal clear in years, and I was drinking 96 ounces most days before I started the watermelon. Randy -52 headed to goal

Watermellon is just scrumptious now!! I just loooove it. I had cherries over the weekend and WOW did they taste better than ever! Fruit is starting to really taste awesome! I guess since my body has had time to get over all that sugar withdrawl now I can taste the real sugar instead of the bleached white kind! And boy is it good! Congrats on the awesome loss so far! First way to gooooooo!!! as for the watermelon, I can`t get enough either. I`m looking in all the stores for ripe ones and found whole seedless ones that are to die for. So I say eat it up, its filling plus helps with the other end too !!! lol Debbie -63# woohoooooooooooo

Watermelon, in my opinion, should be called the "fruit of the gods", cause it is wonderful. Gives you the water and the sweet in one. It takes away my sweet cravings too. I used to be able to eat as much as I wanted without getting full. Over the past 2 weeks though, I can only get in about 5-6 large chunks and I'm full. That's ok. It's serving its purpose very well. Great job on the weight loss too!!! mgm -51
