Bananna, no thanks

Well I have had such a good experience with food and my mom had an extra bananna yesterday so I decided to try it. NEVER AGAIN. FOR 3 HOURS I DUMPED EVERY 30 MINUTES. I have seen others have a bad experience with Banannas but I thought it was them. Now I know and never again.

How much banana did you eat? I've tried a couple of slices in jello and was OK. Sorry to ask you to be so graphic but what did you mean when you wrote that you dimped every 30 minutes for 3 hours? thanks and I hope you are feeling much better. Louise -39

Sorry to hear you had such a negative with nanners. I eat 1/2 banana with my eggs almost every morning cause I was low on potassium. I hope you feel better! -Sherrie

Hey Sugarplum!! I can do banana's but only 1/2 of one. Eating a whole one is just way, way, way, too much volume for my pouch. TAZ likes his banana's but in halfsies only!!! Happy thoughts, Va Was/Am/Wannabe 232/182/130 -50

Hey Sugarplum, I am so sorry you had a bad experience with a banana, I usually have about an inch of a banana every morning and havnt had any problems with it, one thing I know will not stay down is Chicken, unless it is from a can and in spread form. I learned the hard way also...I cant wait to see you You skinny thing you!

Mary, you might try boiling chicken. It is as moist for me as the canned and much cheaper. I boil it with onion and nature's seasoning. Take it off the bone and put it in freezer in bags--serving size with a little broth. Then it is so easy to defrost and heat.

I had a similar experience as you did, Martha. I added a half of bananna to the normal protein shake that I had been taking and dumped bad! That was the only time that I experienced that syndrome and I never want to experience it again!!! YUK. I'm ok with other fruit, though. Best to you....
