Regarding your other post, you may have been deluding yourself by thinking and saying you were happy when overweight, but that sure is better than being down on yourself for it. Connie, thanks for providing this link. I just reviewed it and remember that my surgeon had provided me a copy of this. I don't think I've been following the rules very well and am especially slacking on exercise! Anyone else having a difficult time moving their heinies??? Maureen
