Vitamins -- Question
Dina, I sent you an email!!! Yes they are the Complete Essentials for women 1...there is also a complete ess 2 BUT those are only for post-menopausal women. There are also chewables with iron if you don't want to swallow whole, teen formula (if we have any here) and mens formula.
All vitamins will help BUT those that you absorb the comple amount will be the best. OTC vitamins generally WON'T do that for you and if they do they will be very $$$.

Hi Mauren
In addition to my calcium, my b12 subliguial and my magnesium...I have started taking
"one source" prenatal and "one source" hair, nails and skin. Got both at walmart for about $5.00 each. Stood there comparing vits for a long time. They stack up rather well, even having more of some things than others.
I too was on Fred and them. I can tell you I feel so much better taking these. I readily feel the difference. especially energy wise.
I still cut mine up. Probably will for a long time. Anything I have to swallow I cut in half maybe more depending on how big it is. That's only because I'm paranoid. (about that dime size opening...)
Anyway someone on the main msg board posted that per her surgeon and her support group the best vitamins are the ones you take, period. Nothing scientific. It's a matter of taking them consistanly. I know that this is open for debate. But I've also know people who take regular old vits and labs and health are all fine...Anyway you have to find what works for you.
BTW, my doc suggests Centrum. I comapre them to the prenatal because I didn't want to have to take an additional iron. They passed and that's what I take.
Good luck
