strawberries
Vegies:
Greenbeans
beets
lettuce
cucumber
asparagus (only really tender though)
cauliflower
broccoli
I stay far away from carrots, and haven't tried tomatoes yet, although tomato juice, soup, and sauce is fine.

I have to struggle to get all my protein in so usually don't have much room for fruits and veggies. EXCEP****ERMELON! I scare myself with how much watermelon I can eat. My other standby is cantaloupe.
Doc says no fresh vegies until 4 months so I stick to cooked when I have them. Yellow squash is my fav.

I like oranges, strawberries, bananas, cantaloupe, honeydew. I can have apples, skinned. Everyone raves abou****ermellon, I haven't had it yet.
***Watch out for Grapes. They have a higher sugar content and I dumped on them. ***
For vegetables, I can eat any of them if they're cooked. For raw so far I've really only had tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers.
Best of luck,
Jen
