I know how you feel... I was on a 3 week plateau and it really is disheartening. I upped my protein (ALOT) and I also cut out ALL chips of any kind. even the "good for you" chips like soy chips or sun chips or baked tortilla chips (WAS my weakness) that kick started my weight loss again... slowly... but it was comming off. I upped my exercise a bit. Not that I was doing anything strenuous, I was just doing light walking and now I will go out and play with my son and play tag and run around or kick ball or baseball all that good stuff. He is five so hes quick and keeps me going
And MAN am I beat after hes done with me
You have a great weight loss so far. It will start again dont you worry (((hugs))) you hang in there...chin up!
