I really need help-
Sharon -
When you say you can't stay full, do you mean you eat and you feel full and stop then are hungry very soon after? Or do you mean that you can keep eating and eating and eating and never get full?
I have had the hungries where I feel like I want to eat every few hours or so. In fact, I was just telling DH that it seems like everytime I lose several pounds at once the next day I feel very hungry all the time.
If that is the case for you, cook up some broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc and keep eating on those (sans butter, but I use the butter spray which is fabulous). They are so low in calories that it won't matter much for you to snack all day on them.
Also, I glanced at the responses and someone mentioned carbs. That will indeed make you hungrier as time goes on if you are eating more carbs, so keep that in mind as well.

Sharon,
I don't know if you noticed...but I was amazed to find out how psychological hunger can be. Are you going through a problem or some situation that you would normally just stuff yourself instead of dealing with it? That happened to me. I got on my knees and read the bible. God showed me Psalm 119:18. It says: "Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in Your law." Regardless if you are a Christian or not I think we owe it to ourselves to give us a chance to see and feel the world the way it's supposed to be, and not numb ourselves and pretend everything is ok.
I hope this helps and doesn't offend anyone.
