The first number is a 1.
The day I left FL the scale showed 199 but then I switched states and scales so I had to wait a week to see 199 again .
Finally, I am at 199. I hope I never see a 2 in the beginning of my weight ever again.
I find that walking and climbing stairs are getting easier. I have arthritis and have had a hard time with pain in my knees. But with this 32 pound weight loss I am beginning to feel a real difference.
What difference have you seen? What activites in your life have improved?

Wow first of all CONGRATS!!!
I cant wait till I see the ones (~onderville~) again!!! I know I will just cry with joy!!!
I have noticed my clothes are fitting again and I can take care of things in the bathroom I couldnt before. My feet dont hurt nearly as bad and I can walk to my car without being in sheer pain! I feel more confident and dont care as much what people think of me in public because I dont have that guilty feeling of letting myself go and not doing anything about myself. Now I can hold my head up high and KNOW that I am taking care of things and look all you want!!! woo hoo! I havent really reached that awesome energy level as I am still real big but I will get there!!! Best Wishes to you!
