My scale does not hat eme anymore and has finally moved out of the 180's.....I though I would never lose another pound and this morning I was 178. I think it has to do with the fact that my husband was gone for three weeks and we engaged in alot of extra curricular activity when he came back, which made me lose the weight. I guess I reall ymight need to try and hit the gym. I am just so bust all the time. When I finally have time for myself I do not want o spend it exercising. Help Nicole

I am with you on the eating - it is tough to make myself eat more and I have the same :rolf: problem you do. But I keep working it - hoping to get this all worked out. My wow moments are posted on a previous post - but I'll summarize: 1) I got my periods back (okay not exciting really - but it means I am healthy again) 2) I am in size 18s (it has been over 7 years) 3) I reached Onderland 4) I see working out as my "treat" for ME versus the burden I used to view it with 5) I see my future and myself in it as a healthy activer person! I went to the gym this weekend (Saturday) and weighed for the first time in a week or so (my scale is broken). I was shocked and THRILLED to see I was in ONDERLAND!! I was 203 last time I weighed and scaled in at 196 this weekend! Yippee!! Just wanted to share with you guys! Have a great week! Shelley J.
