Hey, let's everyone be accountable for what they are putting in their mouths by posting what we eat. You think a little more about it when you know the world we see what you had! This can be for everybody, B2B, Plateau Buster, or not. How did you do today? My menu: AchievOne Cappucino protein drink SF Jello and LF cottage cheese (little on the go containers) 2.5 oz. beef brisket & 1/4 c pinto beans Protein Mocha Latte drink 3 oz. Hbg. patty w/ LF cheese popsicle 3-4 Tbsp. peanut butter if I need something else Liquids: 16 oz. decaf coffee, 12 oz. liquids from protein drinks, 48 oz. water = 76 oz. so far, more to go Protein: about 100 so far vitamins: done exercise: 30 minutes on bike, sit ups, arm weight work out Karla 337/193/150

Sorry Karla I posted the back to basics before i READ YOUR POST BUT i WILL BE HAPPY TO DO IT again. B~protein coffee....32 oz 40gr protein S~two pieces of cheese 12g of protein L~cottage cheese....More protein D~shrimp and chicken only....More protein S~protein drink 40gr I drank 64 oz of water 52 oz of other fluids 92 pl gr of protein all vitamins in EXERCISE>>>>>2 miles on the tread mill I think I will try either peanutbutter or sugar free ice pops if needed. Hey Karla You and Chris are doing great with all the protein! Here is my menu... B~ 1 slice of ham L~ "Pure protein" protein bar S~ Small handful of peanuts D~ 2 oz roast, 1/4 c. collard greens and few bites of potato salad S~ very small peice of crustless, sf sweet potato pie Exercise, fluids, protein & vitamins.. I've been slacking with this lately. I use to keep track by writing things down but I stopped since the holiday. Tomorrow I'm starting again. Thanks for posting! Kay
