I hope you have a Happy New Year's!! 1) Do you watch Dick Clark's Rockin New Years Eve? ~ If I'm home I do. 2) What are your New Year traditions? ~When I was young, mom cooked pork, greens and black eyed peas and we shot fireworks all night. Now me and my partner go to dinner new years eve and bring in the new year at the club. 3) Going out or staying home? ~ Going out to eat then to a club 4) Are fireworks part of the celebration in your area of the country? ~ Yes 5) New Year foods - what do you eat? ~ greens cause it's tradition, black eyed peas, and haven't decided on the meat yet. 6) Will you get a kiss at midnight? ~ Yes, one, two or seven Kay

Hi Jen and Miracle #2, Great questions! 1) Do you watch Dick Clark's Rockin New Years Eve? Yes we definately tune in to the ball drop! 2) What are your New Year traditions? My brother usually has a big party but his daughter just got out of the hospital so he isn't doing it this year. Some years we go to my sister in laws house! Not sure if hubby wants to go or not but I do know the kids want to go. 3) Going out or staying home? Not sure yet, still haven't decided. 4) Are fireworks part of the celebration in your area of the country? Some people set of individual ones but not really and big ones. 5) New Year foods - what do you eat? Everything! 6) Will you get a kiss at midnight? Every year for the last 20 plus.... 1) Do you watch Dick Clark's Rockin New Years Eve? If we're awake we will tune in close to midnight. 2) What are your New Year traditions? Watch movies or, if we are tired, set the alarm for midnight and go to bed. When the alarm goes off we give each other a "Happy New Year" kiss and go back to sleep. 3) Going out or staying home? Definitely stay home! 4) Are fireworks part of the celebration in your area of the country? Yeah, unfortunately. If this year is like years past the neighbors will be shooting them off for the next 2 or 3 nights. 5) New Year foods - what do you eat? Blackeye peas, hog jowl, greens & cornbread!! I'll have to have at least a bite of each. Tonight we'll have our traditional "snacky" food while we watch our movie - ****tail weenies, boiled shrimp, cheese tray and crackers. (I have my Brie coming to room temperature right now) 6) Will you get a kiss at midnight? You betcha!!!! We've only missed 2 in 33 years and that was courtesy of Uncle Sam.

Hello everyone I just got hme from work........ Sounds like everyone is going to have fun this night...Remember if you plan to drink be careful.......Your new tummy can't handle the same amount as last year. In california they already have police stops stopping cars on and off the main freeways towards San Jose and San Francisco...Happy New Year Suzan 1) Do you watch Dick Clark's Rockin New Years Eve? Looking forward to resting and watching Dick Clark tonight then going back to work at 6am tomorrow. Going to the city is to much to wild....You never know who is going to come up to you and give you a hug and kiss at midnight even if your husband is standing next to you........ Watching Dick Clark, going to see a movie-- this year I told my husband and son go ahead without me I am tried and have to be at work early tomorrow..and eating alot of junk.
