10 months today

Hello and Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I pray that everyone has had a wonderful day with family and friends. Today also my 10 month surgiversary. I have lost 78lbs and countless inches. I feel great and people say I look great, but I still have that mental image of a overweight me in my head. As I go over my many blessing in my head one keeps popping up and that is that I had WLS exacly 10 months ago and I am so greatfull to God for allowing me to start my life over. I had worries about today. All my family ever does on Thanksgiving is stuff ourselves full of good food, and watch TV. I get bored, and when I am bored, I eat..... but I did just fine. When everyone was moaning and groaning about how much they over ate, I just smiled and said that I felt great! Praise the Lord!!!! I made it through today!!! Now if I can just make it through the left overs and ... Black Friday Shopping!!!!!!! God Bless! Cathy
