Heyyyy It's time to share your menu's!!.. The good, the bad and the ugly.
I had a good day today. After school, I went to Walmart to buy Halloween candy then came home and studied for a while. Now I'm home relaxing and staying out of the cold. I hope everyone had a good day!
My menu~
B~ Protein shake
L~ Turkey burger (no bun) w/ cheese, lettuce, onions and ff mayo
S~ Few grapes and 4 cheese cubes
D~ Baked skinless/boneless chicken thigh and 1/4 c. Broccoli & cheese
S~ Diet Hot chocolate made w/ 6 oz cc milk and 1/2 scoop of protein
Fitday Totals:
Calories~ 690
Fat~ 23
Carbs~ 25
Protein~ 95
Vitamins~ on track
Exercise~ None.. i was so motivated with my walking everyday til it got cold.
Water~ 48 oz so far

Hi Kay. I slept today (well as good as I could anyway). I had a good today, foodwise, until.......
Here's the damage:
12 a.m.- 1 oz. chicken n gravy w/rice, 1 oz. curry chicken, some peas n carrots....good
5 a.m.- SF protein banana pudding, 2 saltines...good
8 a.m.- protein hot chocolate w/ FF whipped cream....good once again
Then I slept....but everytime I woke up I was eating FF chips!!! I don't even know why. I just had to have them, and they weren't even that good! I mean, Aunt Flo is here, but I've been doing pretty good until this demise. It isn't even that bad, but I should have better self control. Here's the rest, which is good:
6 p.m.- 3 oz. naked buffalo chicken chunks, 4 cucumbers w/ RF drsg
9:30 p.m.- I'll have 1 oz. of CoJack cheese
Exercise: what's that?
Vitamins: Done
Fluids: 72 oz. so far...prolly have a tad more

B- slept through it
L- Chicken, cheesy rice, 1 mini taco
S- Starbucks and a slice pumpkin loaf
D- 2 slices french bread, 1 cookie, 1 brownie
S- Special K Meal Bar (not too bad!)
I pretty much splurged today.... lol back on the wagon tomorrow!!
