All you can tell her is to give it time hun............ It is hard at first I think for everyone! Just tell her to hang in there and take it one day at a time! Also give her the site address so she can do more research on the surgery and get more support...........

Please pass on some tips on ignoring head hunger.... I know I'm not really hungry, but on the other hand I want the taste of everything! I'm so afraid of failing. I've lost 60 pounds and I'm thrilled about that, but I don't want to stop there!

Topic: Have any of you encountered anybody that regretted having surgery?
I have a customer who had surgery about 6 weeks ago and she HATES it! I am not kidding! She went back to her surgeon and told him she wants it reversed. She is miserable not being able to eat. And she has been naseous. I told her to give it time and the surgeon also told her to wait 6 months but she wants it done now. She paid cash for her surgery and the surgeon went ahead with it even though she told him she thought she should wait because she was having second thoughts. Well, this surgeon didn't even require her to have a psych evaluation. I was worried about her because I know she didnt research it much. She just thought it sounded easy. I told her it isn't easy and that I researched it for 3 years before I did it. She was clueless about the whole procedure really. Anyway, anybody know of anybody else that absolutely hates the fact that they did this? Any advise? I don't know what else to say to her because I have no regrets at all. It's the best thing I ever did for myself. Any comments are greatly appreciated! Thanks Char

My seven year old bugged me to jump on the trampaline with him. I would rather roller blade. I still feel like a fat ball bouncein'. But he loved it, so it was worth it.

Isn't that a great feeling. I'm down into a size 12's some 14's still fit. I even tried on a size 10 shorts and they fit. I went from a tight size 26 pants shirt was 3x and down to 12/14 shorts/pants and size large shirts. I'm very happy for you. Keep up the good work. Linda

Had my 6 month Follow up today. All is well and I am doing great. They stated just to keep doing what I am doing, because it is workin for me. Blood was taken they will call with results and I was told to take Citracal for Calcium. The citracal are horse pills but they disolve in water, not to bad tried it this afternoon. They will see me (or what is left of me) in 6 more months. I LOVE THIS MELTIN FEELING !! I feel better now than I did my whole teenage years. Dawn -85
