My timeline, Things have been slow, like jumping through hoops.Be patient.. is all the advise I can give.

Dec.2007 -Went to 1st seminar at nortons

Jan. 2008 -Started 6mo.weight loss w/ Dr.Frogge

Feb.2008-Turned in all my paperwork to Norton at 2nd Seminar

April 3,2008- Finally got to go to Norton for Nutrition.and Phsyc consult.

April 16,2008-Sleep Study(required for Dr. Allen's office)

June 13,2008- Finally got appt with Dr. Allen

June23,2008 -Ultrasound on legs per  Dr. Allen


June 24,2008 -Nuclear Stress test per Dr.Allen


July 1,2008- Pulmonary Function Test per Dr. Allen

July 17,2008- Heard from Dr. Allen's office, they have ALL my paperwork to sumbit for FINAL approval for surgery.. More waiting.........

Aug.13,2008-Got a call with a surgery date!!! He has one opening Aug 25th...then not again until OCT.. I'm taking it!!!!

Aug. 14,2008--Pre=op Testing at Norton Healthcare Pav./Seminar

Aug 26,2008 Returned home from hospital  feeling pretty well

I started this journey back in Jan when attending my first seminar at Norton's. Finally I think in Feb, I went to another one just to see another Dr speak and get the feeling for him. Turned in all my paperwork at that one.. I think it was almost the end of march early april when I finally got to go to the appt at Norton to see the psycologist and nutritionist.. 
Finally got a call the end of April to get an appt with Dr allen on May 9th.2008.. 
Got a call 2 days ago saying they had to reschedule and won't be able to see me until June 13th 2008, I'm frustrated!!!
In the meantime I have been doing my 6 months weight loss.. June will be six months.. it's been a struggle.. and I also had a sleep apnea test done aswell. That was a requirement of Dr allen's office. The results of that was negative. 
Oh well....eventually my day will come!
