We took our cruise and I didn't eat well on it but had made up my mind that it was my vacation and I was going to enjoy it. I did get off everything I gained plus 10 pounds before I went to the doctor though. I sometimes think that you need to jog your weight loss to keep losing.
I have sure been drinking my fill of water. The only other thing I have is coffee and that's a cup in the morning. And I've finally stopped drinking while I eat. I joined a gym and start tomorrow night. Now I've got to start counting my calories because my doctor said that I need to be around 1000.
