In Training On Tuesday I met with my trainer. Her name is Cathy and she is definitely in shape!!! She showed me a routine to start with and explained the cardio (at least 30 minutes 4-5 days/week) is the most important thing. I think she was a little surprised that I am a little more in shape than I look- she kept saying, "you have a strong heart," and " see, you don't have to be thin to be physically fit." That helped me a little since I've been a little down on myself about still being in the same size clothes (although they are looser). Wednesday, Brandon and I went to workout and it was a good time. He ran the treadmill (showoff) while I walked. Then he watched me on the strength training machines she has me doing. It is nice to have someone to workout with- I don't feel so out of place, but I think I need an MP3 player or something to listen to. Well, that's all thats going on here. Until next time...
