for Jennie

Many of you probably don't know me but I have been a member for quite a while. I rarely post anymore but I do lurk and keep up with everyone. Jennie was my friend...she was my one-on-one support group. We met through this forum and never had the chance to meet in person. She was my angel and I was hers. Even with all of her health problems since surgery she always managed to cheer me up when I was down or discouraged and she was always able to laugh regardless of how poorly she was feeling. I am devastated and will miss her terribly. Life is much too short and unfortunately it always takes a shock like this to make us realize it. So, this is for Jennie...I will never forget you and I am going to LIVE and LOVE life from now on. Rest in peace my friend and thank you for always being there for me.

Thanks for listening.

Sandee

Sandee, this is a very sweet post.  Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings about your friend.  It's amazing how much someone we've never had the priviledge of meeting in person can touch our lives and our hearts.  I'm sorry for your loss.

Karen

Hi Sandee,

Yes, she was a very special lady and no matter what was going on in her life she always found ways to cheer people up and encourage them to go on.

I too was a good friend and we often pmed each other even when I was in Florida, she kept in touch with me and I know of some of her trials.

I will dearly miss her as well, she has left an open space in my heart, I only hope and pray that she she knew how important she was to me, you and many others cos she was a beacon to many of us.

I only wish I was well enough to travel to go and say thank you and good bye.

I'm so sorry your hurting as well, but knowing her the way we did, she wouldn't want us to be to upset and say cheer up.

Hugs,

Nancy

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Jennie.  Sandee, you've expressed yourself beautifully here.  I think the most loving tribute that anyone can give to a lost loved one is to live life well.

My condolences to her family and friends.  She was a lovely lady.
