Just wanted to add one thing, about the baked potato, when I was on Formu-3, and after I would weigh in, usually with a 1 or 2 lb loss, I would then go to Dillons(Krogers) and hit the salad bar. But very little lettuce was involved and I would fill up 2 containers. One with salad and the other with desserts. So I know what you went thru too.Was sooo hungery after the week of little and right eating. But with this tool we can do it. I'm ready!

So close to a new you and so many emotions! I haven't had mine yet but am hoping for this summer. My thoughts are with you. Keep up with the posts. They do help. With each reply you get there are 10 others you have helped or touched in some form or way. Listen to your peers and mostly your Dr. and support group. they know what you need. I'll be watching for those updated posts!
